The short version

Because you get instant, full access to digital products once your payment is verified, all sales are final once access is unlocked. But if something went wrong, we'll always make it right — read on.

We'll fix these, always

• You paid twice for the same thing — we'll refund the duplicate.
• You paid the wrong amount — we'll refund the difference or top up your access.
• You paid but never received access — we'll unlock it or refund you in full.
• You were charged for something you didn't order — full refund.

Email admin@aicreatorsimplified.com within 7 days of payment with your order details and we'll sort it out.

What we can't refund

Changing your mind after using the assistants, or results from third-party AI video tools not meeting expectations — the assistants write prompts; the final video quality depends on the generator you use.
