What we collect

When you buy access or use JayFlix Premium AI Assistants, we collect: your name, email address, and mobile number (from checkout); a screenshot of your payment (to verify your order); and your access permissions, purchases, trial status, and assistant usage settings.

How we use it

We use your information to verify payments, grant and manage your access, sign you in (via 6-digit email codes — we never store passwords), send you transactional emails about your orders and access, and provide your assistant dashboard. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Advertising and analytics

Our public pages use a first-party anonymous visitor ID to measure unique visitors, page performance, and steps such as trials, checkout, and orders. This internal analytics ID is not your name or email. Public sales pages may also use the Facebook (Meta) Pixel to measure ad performance — it may set cookies and share standard event data with Meta. See Meta's privacy policy for how they handle that data. You can limit tracking through your browser or Facebook ad preferences.

Where your data lives

Data is stored and processed by our service providers: Supabase (database, authentication, and private payment-proof storage), OpenAI Sites (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). When you launch a linked AI assistant, your conversation is handled by OpenAI under its own privacy terms. Payment-proof screenshots are private and are viewed only to verify your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to export what we hold about you, by emailing admin@aicreatorsimplified.com. Deleting your data may end your access, since we need your email to sign you in.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
